Join one of Aotearoa’s leading dermatology hubs in Wellington, where clinical excellence meets coastal lifestyle. Te Whatu Ora Capital, Coast & Hutt Valley seeks a Consultant Dermatologist with strong dermatology expertise to support a diverse patient population across the lower North Island.

As part of a collaborative and well-resourced team, you’ll contribute to outpatient services, minor procedures, and multidisciplinary care in a tertiary setting. The department is known for its collegiality, innovation, and commitment to equity.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience and expertise in

Subspecialty interests will be considered.

Hold post graduate specialist qualifications and registration in Dermatology

Be eligible for an Annual Practicing Certificate and vocational scope of Dermatology with the Medical Council of New Zealand.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing medical education.

Health New Zealand has a Collective Employment Agreement in place across all their Districts offering:

Annual leave: 6 weeks

CME Allowance and Leave - $16,000/2 weeks

$185,000 - $268,000 Base salary + allowances for job size, on call and availability.

Reimbursement of APC, college membership, and indemnity insurance.
