Internal Medicine with subspeciality in Endocrinology and Diabetes

Position Overview:
This role requires a General Medicine Physician with a sub speciality in Endocrinology and Diabetes to join a multiple disciplinary medicine team. Duties will include both in and put patient duties. Working across two regional hospitals.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience and expertise in Internal Medicine with subspeciality of Endocrinology and Diabetes.
Hold post graduate specialist qualifications and registration in internal Medicine and sub speciality of Endocrinology.
Be eligible for an Annual Practicing Certificate and vocational scope of Internal Medicine and or Endocrinology with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing medical education.

Health New Zealand has a Collective Employment Agreement in place across all their Districts offering:
Annual leave: 6 weeks
CME Allowance and Leave - $16,000/2 weeks
$185,000 - $268,000 Base salary + allowances for job size, on call and availability.
